Location: Huntsville, Alabama (will travel)
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure a booking. Prices are subject to change.
All deposits are deducted from the photo session balance. The remaining balance is due day of the photo session via cash.
A 10-minute grace period is given to all sessions. Your time starts after the grace period. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the client will be charged a $25 late fee.
Unedited Photos will be emailed 1-3 days from the session for selection.
Edited digital images will be returned within 7-10 business days from the day you select your photos. An additional rush fee of $60.00 can be applied if you need the edited photos within 24-72 hours. The turn-around time for any additional edits is 7 business days. If ordering prints, prints will be mailed within 10-14 days from the day you select your photos.
Sessions that do not end on the time booked will be automatically billed for the additional time.

Cancellation Policy: To reschedule the day of the scheduled appointment, the client must re-book through the booking site and the previous deposit will be voided and will not be refunded. If the client cancels the appointment, the deposit remains non-refundable. The client may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment (deposit will be credited to the new appointment date). After the second request to reschedule the appointment, the client’s appointment will be canceled.
If the client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment without notice, the client will be charged the total amount of the shoot.
After 10 minutes have passed, a $25 late fee will apply to your balance. After 30 minutes your session is canceled and will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the total amount of the shoot.
Additional time: $50.00 for an extra 30 minutes. This option is only available if there is no other client after your photo session.
Any additional persons joining must wear a mask (if not being photographed)
Travel Fee (for all sessions outside of Madison County, Alabama)- $0.45/mile
